I would like to recommend Kim Dolan as the best realtor we have ever worked with. As real estate investors for over 30 years we have used many realtors in buying and selling residential real estate. I would say the majority of realtors we have used are paper pushers. They do the paper work to get the home listed or write the offer and consider that their job. Kim takes it way beyond anyone we have ever used. She searched tirelessly for us and found two fix and flips in Mandalay Bay. She assisted us in locating someone to stage them. She even bought a popcorn maker to serve popcorn to potential buyers. She bought balloons and paid for thousands of dollars of ads to get them sold for very high prices. She sent mailers to all homeowners who had vacant lots on the harbor and was able to get us two vacant lots with boat docs at quite discounted prices. She assisted us in finding us the best contractors to build homes on them. She was able to get us the highest price on one of these homes ever in the harbor!

What more can I say but this gal works her but off for her clients! She will stop at nothing to succeed! I can't recommend Kim more highly!
